I feel that Anne Scheid’s is a bunch of mess in the first scene. However, if I calm down and look at it again it seems like there is a figure showing up in the picture. For example, Origin she draws. I finally found a human in the picture from the second scene. Her drawing is full of realistic, so it somehow makes it looks like a fake. For example, Witness that she draw. It looks like a bunch of branches and trunks, but she draw in a very high coordination way that makes the picture looks very complicated.

Anne Scheid is a really high coordination in drawing. It is said that “The emergence and immersion of the human figure seems to speak of the birthing of artistic expression where all is fluid.”(MEIERS) Also, it is said that “Simultaneously one is reminded of the fact that man is primarily a membrane, filled with H20, and of the elemental, all importance of water.” (MEIERS) Anne Scheid answered in the Question why is she interest in drawing? She answered that “I am interests in the hidden, the things I can’t see but are manifest in the visible. Gentleness is just a word until it is described in a human gesture. Can I draw a line that is gentle and can you feel the gentle? That is what I want.”(MEIERS)

I do not think that my thoughts have changed to Anne Scheid’s drawing. She sounds like drawing a dream, and she is drawing abstract as a dream. Everything looks like a little foggy in a dream and so does it looks like in Anne Scheid’s drawing.

There was a shock when Dr Paul Cradock of the British Museum declared that there was many works of art stolen from the galleries around St James's. He said that many of them are fake stuff. Charles Ede quickly responded that his stuffs are real. Many people think that making a fake is not difficult, but Dr Craddock, a metallurgist at the BM, says that it is never simple. Peggy Abensur, of the New York County District Attorney's Office, says that her office will know if there is any crime in New York. Today, the new law gives responsibility on buyers and dealers. Although, the law and technology can stop crime efficiently, it is still important to watch by human eyes….

It is a great shock that much stuff in a gallery is all fake stuff. The owner of the gallery will pass out if he hears this. Art is always afraid forging, but people keep making fake things because it has a good price. If someone could copy Mona Lisa smile, then the real one will not be so precious. Law bans making forging to keep the price of the original high. However, in many places you can still find fake things, although the quality will never be too good.

Artstor which is a new on-line gallery has been opened this summer. This new technique has had a great help on reducing the time for the instructors. This site has over 300000 on line and is going to add more in the future. However, some people doubt that will this new way of enjoying art replace the old methods we use. Also, copyright is an important issue for Artstor.

Amico is another on-line gallery similar to Artstor, but it is closing next year, and it is selling some of his stuff to Artstor.

Creating a gallery on line is not a really bad idea, but I also doubt that will it be able to replace the old methods we use to enjoy art. It is combining the high technique internet and old fashion art together. Will a person enjoy art when he sits in front of a computer and watch image files in the monitor? I really do not think people will enjoy this new technology of enjoying art. Seeing pictures through the monitor has a different feeling than seeing the real stuff. Although, both of the image in the monitor and the real stuff in not for touching. However, this new method is faster and cheaper. It is a nice and easy way for lazy people to find images of art.

Creative Spirituality Reflection

I define “spirituality” as how a person can find peace in his world. For example, religion is a way that people can find peace. Few years ago, I talked to a Christendom who was an old lady. She said that “You could find peace in religions.” I heard many people say this, but I never want to spend time on in religion. Art is also an example. Many people find it relaxing going to a gallery to watch pictures. Also, many people can relax listening to music. I defined these kinds of things as “spirituality”.

“Spirituality” is almost same as religions. In other word, the most often way that people find peace which I defined up there is in religions. We face all kind a depressing things all day. If normal base our Spirituality degree is 0, then it means that our degree is going negative every day. However, there are always great people that can find ways to make people find peace. This is my definition of religion. As long as we follow the way these people make, we can forget about sadness, and make our Spirituality degree higher.

“Creativity” is how a degree of a person to create something. Human have this ability to create new things. When in prehistory human had nothing but their own hands, they still can start creating tools by rocks. Until today, we have created all sorts of convenience things. Because of “Creativity” human’s era can moved and improved.

“Creativity” comes out of human’s brain. For example, when I am writing a java code, I need to think very hard to come out what I am going to write. The code just pops put of my head at the end of my thinking. If a person has a high creativity, he can come out with new ideas easily. We can often see these kinds of people in text books, like XXX created XXX theorem. On the other hand, low creativity people can only follow high creativity people’s path. For example, we can only use “+-*/” but never able to invent a new one.

Horror reserch 2

Jackson is a great horror film maker. He took the case of making “Lord of the Ring.” His film making background does not really fit this fantasy story. However, the result of this action was not bad. If we take “Lord of the ring” as a horror film it still is an outstanding horror film. In “Lord of the ring,” like the scene when Uruk-hai birth in a slum, and Gollum's skinny body, makes a great scene on horror. Man versus the monsters is a great issue in horror films, and it takes place in “Lord of the Ring.” Eating people has been a great horror part in Jackson’s film, and it took many scenes in the movie. For example, when Saruman said to the Orc “You will taste man flesh” (scene 40) and when the Orc captured the two hobbies and wanted to eat them, but a unfortunate Orc was their dinner.

I never thought of “Lord of the Ring” as a horror film, but now when I remember these scenes it does look like horror. However, I do not think it is a horror movie. The reason is because that horror movie is made as horror movies. It is made for frightening people. “Lord of the Ring” is a great film, and it is not to made for frightening people. It is made for a feature film. “Lord of the Ring” is not famous on these horror scenes, but for it’s story.

Horror films are made for frightening and scaring people. Also, it is for entertaining people. It shows the other side of out usual world, and the fear of our inside world. Horror film has a long history, it can go back to almost a hundred years. Since we start to imagine what does ghost look like. Horror films leads to the door on scariness. For example, what we fear of unknown things. There is a serial of horror films.

Seem like this is the proof that people like to torture themselves. I think I agree with the author in some places. I think that the reason that people likes horror movie so much is because of the fear of the things. For example, we fear of death. Everyone is afraid of death. No matter how brave is a man, when it is time to meet him doom, he will get afraid and beg for not dieing. Fear has two sides, even is keeps people away, but it attracts people too. Even though we fear death, but we still want to know what is death. This is why there are so much horror things. Because we can not just test what is death, so we make fake death to let us feel like we know death. This is a sad part of humanity. Even though we know that it will do us no good, but we can not stop the curiosity to it.
